Learn Spanish for Bilingual Call Center Agents

This blog is for people who would like to learn or improve their Spanish call-handling skills particularly for a Spanish call center account.

Spanish is the second most widely-used language in the USA which is why there are many call center accounts that provide Spanish support and thus, needs Spanish-speaking people whom they pay more than double the pay of an English-speaking agent, i.e. their base pay plus a Foreign Language Premium/Allowance.
